Phonics
Today we are going to re-cap some of the “Special friends” and trickier sounds we covered in Set 1. Today is sh. It will be uploaded at 9.30 and you have 24 hours to watch it before it has been removed.
Now I would like you to watch the Set 1 word time video with Gareth. Finally I would like you to join Sara on the spelling video. You will need your pink homework book and a pencil. This time the words are simple and you should be able to write them quickly before Sara writes it for you.

Can you write some sentences about the penguin. Remember your fingers spaces and think carefully about how your letters sit on the lines. Make sure you are using your “Fred fingers” to count the sounds when you are sounding out.
