Hi Everyone
It was brilliant to see you and your lovely pets on Friday. I hope you are well rested and have lots of energy for today’s Zoom lesson. Get you Grown-up to have a look below for the items you need for today’s session. I will see you all at 1.30.
Phonics
Today we are going to re-cap some of the “Special friends” and trickier sounds we covered in Set 1. Today is x. It will be uploaded at 9.30 and you have 24 hours to watch it before it has been removed.
Now I would like you to watch the Set 1 word time video with Gareth. Finally I would like you to join Sara on the spelling video. You will need your pink homework book and a pencil. This time the words are simple and you should be able to write them quickly before Sara writes it for you.

Talk4Writing
Today you are going to plan your own story using the format of the three little pigs. This is called the invention stage.
Using the characters you chose last Monday during the innovation stage I would like you to create a story path for your new characters. Ask your grown up to draw a reverse S and then plan out your own story drawing the symbols/pictures to represent it. You do not need to write anything at this stage.
Things to think about:
- Remember to start with an open book for Once upon a time.
- Where is your story set?
- What time of day is it?
- Who is the villain traveling on your journey.
- Who are the three main characters?
- Where do they live?
- What happens?
- How does your story end?
Add your story path to Tapestry and then keep telling your grown-up your story over the week ready to finish it and share it on Friday.
