Talk4Writing

Today in Talk4Writing I would like you to make your own story map. Ask you grown up to draw a backwards s on a piece of paper for you.

I would like you to write a plan for two sections:
  • What you need
  • What you do
Once you have drawn your pictures I would like you to use your "Fred fingers" to sound out some words to add to the map.

Can you label the Magical spade, the brown sheet, the leaves and sticks, and the piece of meat?

Can you add the time connectives for first, next, after that and finally?

Here is our class plan to give you some ideas

Today’s episode revisits Arrays. This is an introduction to times tables. It’s where we break a larger number down into smaller equal groups (or sets) of numbers. In the episode Number 18 splits into different arrays.

18 is 6 lots of 3
18 is 9 lots of 2
18 is 18 lots of 1

How many different Arrays can you make out of 18?
