Monday 1st March

Hello Eagle class

We are finally here and it’s our last week of home learning. Only 7 sleeps left until we are all back together in school. We can’t wait and are so excited to be having you all back.

It feels like Spring is on its way.  I hope you are enjoying the warm weather and a little bit of sunshine as much as Toffee and Fudge are.

  • Practise reading the words using “Fred talk”

Talk4Writing

Today in Talk4Writing I would like you to make your own story map. Ask you grown up to draw a backwards s on a piece of paper for you.

I would like you to write a plan for two sections:
  • What you need
  • What you do
Once you have drawn your pictures I would like you to use your "Fred fingers" to sound out some words to add to the map.

Can you label the Magical spade, the brown sheet, the leaves and sticks, and the piece of meat?

Can you add the time connectives for first, next, after that and finally?

Here is our class plan to give you some ideas
