Good morning
Here is today’s home learning
Maths
I hope you enjoyed learning the days of the week song yesterday. Today we are going to look at measuring smaller units of time.
Once you have watched the video I would like you to do the following time activities. Can you think of any other activities you could time for a minute? Remember to estimate how many you think you could do first before you time your activity.
Today I would like you continue to work on your Wolf fact file. Remember you need a title page, and three pages with facts and illustrations about Wolves. If you completed this activity at home yesterday maybe you could make a fact file for a different animal?
Please take a picture of your fact file and add it to Tapestry for us to share with your friends.
You could use pencil, paints, chalks or even collage.
Afternoon activity
This afternoon at school we are going to continue our work on noticing the changes in our environment.
Last week we spent our afternoon in our school grounds looking for signs of Spring (even though it is only February)
We found lots of different buds and flowers including snowdrops and crocuses. Today we are going to bring some inside and look carefully at them before drawing what we can see.
Story time
I hope you enjoy listening to today’s story.
